Shipping policy
Delivery information for your Zero Tilt Caps order.
Delivery method
Orders are delivered to an Omniva parcel locker in Lithuania, which you choose at checkout. We currently ship within Lithuania only. Please provide a phone number that can receive SMS — Omniva sends the locker door code by text message.
Shipping charges
Shipping to an Omniva parcel locker costs €3.49 per order and is added at checkout, on top of the €99 price of a four-cap set. The full total is always shown before payment.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and handed to Omniva as soon as possible. You will receive an SMS from Omniva when your parcel is ready for collection. Unless otherwise agreed, applicable consumer delivery deadlines remain in force.
Delays or delivery problems
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email team@zerotiltcaps.lt with your order reference and relevant details. Keep the packaging and photographs where helpful. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
